Shipping fee
The shipping fee for your order is only 10.00$ for Ontario and Québec and 15.00$ for other Canadian provinces, for orders under 50$. Furthermore, in a concern for quality of service, we insure every shipment and ask that the Purolator receipt be signed at delivery. Please note that our delivery services do not extend to the following territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
Delivery deadlines
Our delivery time is a maximum of 10 business days from the date of your order for products in stock and delivered by Purolator. If we experience a delay in the delivery of your order within two weeks of your order being placed, we will automatically notify you of an additional delay either by phone or email.

TERMS OF SALES & GUARANTEE
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR MONEY BACK
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to Wampole within 30 days for a refund. Please note that the products with discounted prices in the ”On sale” section are not refundable as they are a final sale.
Wampole will refund the price paid for the item, less shipping and handling. In the case of consumable products, Wampole reserves the right to refuse or only partially reimburse the item purchased if it were to be consumed beyond a reasonable limit. However, all of our products, except consumer products, are protected by a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects, including parts and labor. Whether for an exchange or a refund, the buyer only has to return the product to us at the address given above. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be reimbursed.
Health and beauty products are subject to reasonable trial (moderate use of the product).
REFUND
Once the product is received at our warehouse, you should allow up to 10 business days for your refund. Upon receipt of the returned product, any amount charged to the purchaser’s credit card by Wampole for the product, excluding shipping and handling, will be credited as soon as possible.
RETURNING ITEMS
Re-package the item(s) along with all parts in the box that it came in or one appropriate for shipping.

LEGAL GUARANTEES
The Civil Code of Quebec and the Consumer Protection Law provides legal guarantees namely related to hidden defects as well as usage of sold goods. These legal guarantees also apply to this sale. This guarantee can in no way hinder, or suppress the legal guarantee provided by the manufacturer when there is one. Wampole makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the Site. However, Wampole does not guarantee that the product descriptions or other content of the site are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date or error-free. If a product offered by Wampole does not conform to its description, your only recourse is to return it to us in its original condition.
PRICE
The prices of our products are displayed in Canadian currency and the applicable taxes are added to the amount. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Canadian currency. Goods and Services sold in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods & Services Tax (GST).
In addition, Provincial Sales Tax may apply to your purchase depending on the final destination.
PAYEMENT
Payment for your purchases is made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The buyer agrees to pay the total cost and charges of the purchased product, including taxes, in one payment.
Wampole can modify the price after notifying the buyer. The buyer is solely responsible for the actual payment of the purchased product. The buyer is solely responsible for the payment by credit card of the proposed service. Wampole is not responsible for payment problems related to the functioning of the e-commerce service.
